Litigation

Litigation Matters

Civil litigation matters have historically comprised the majority of my practice. I have represented clients in a wide variety of litigation, including real estate, property, trademarks, automobile, Orphan’s Court, federal transportation law, mortgage foreclosures, defamation, construction, Public Works, subrogation, workers compensation, eminent domain, securities fraud, products liability and contract. The Third Circuit Court of Appeals recently affirmed a recent victory of a client in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. It is almost always my advice to clients to avoid litigation. When a case can be settled at an early stage at terms favorable to the client, it will be. When a case cannot settle, I advocate on behalf of my clients until we are in the best position to favorably settle or prevail at trial.
